Job Description
Position: 3PL Supervisor
Industry: Retail Hospitality
The 3PL Supervisor oversees the performance of third-party logistics providers responsible for warehousing transportation and last-mile delivery. The role ensures logistics service levels are met inventory accuracy is maintained and operational processes align with the companys expectations for quality and efficiency.
3PL Coordination & Oversight
- Monitor 3PL warehouse operations (receiving put-away picking shipping).
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Ensure 3PL meets agreed KPIs including accuracy timeliness and safety.
- Act as the key point of contact between the company and 3PL teams.
Inventory Management & Optimization
- Oversee regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation with ERP systems.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Identify logistics process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze logistics metrics and generate performance reports.
- Conduct monthly reviews with 3PL providers and escalate performance issues.
- Recommend process enhancements or renegotiation of SLAs if required.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with customs airport regulations and safety policies.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure logistics SOPs are followed and kept up to date
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.
- At least 3 years in logistics operations preferably with 3PL coordination experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse and transport management systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Khmer.
Salary: $500 - $1500
Location: Phnom-Penh at TIA Techo International Airport (Cambodia)
Contract type: Permanent
