The successful candidates will possess strong Catholic Christian leadership skills be well versed in authentic learning strategies as well as an understanding of inclusive learner-centered environments. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of English language learners and be able to help develop and support comprehensive literacy and numeracy approaches within school communities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in team will be strong assets in this position.
Successful candidate for administrative positions within RDCRS will:

Candidates must be a practicing Catholic with a current pastoral reference listed. Preference will be given to applicants with school administration experience LQS Certification a Masters degree and can demonstrate the knowledge skill set and ability to effectively lead a school community. Willingness to relocate to the community would be an asset.
