Your Mission as a Customer Advisor
As an Estonian-Speaking Customer Advisor youll be the primary point of contact for our Estonian-speaking users. Your main objective will be to provide professional support for their product and service inquiries ensuring they have a seamless and highly satisfying experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Professional Customer Support: Deliver top-tier support for our clients products and services striving to maintain a consistently high customer satisfaction rate.
- System Mastery: Efficiently utilize CRM software ticketing systems and other customer service tools to cater to the unique needs of our users.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone email and chat providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Inquiry Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries promptly and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) leveraging our comprehensive knowledge base and established protocols.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed performance goals related to call handling time first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members sharing best practices and contributing to the collective knowledge base to improve overall service quality.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training programs and stay updated on product knowledge new features and industry trends to provide expert advice.
What Youll Bring to the Team

- Language Fluency: Fluent Estonian (C1-C2) and fluent English (B2-C1) communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
