Job Description
Heritage of Bel Air is a premier provider of long term care services has an opportunity for the right person to join us as a Social Services Coordinator. The position plays a key role in the interdisciplinary care process for all residents. Qualified candidates will have strong organizational communication and time management skills. This person will have a strong commitment to ensuring the our mission of Dignity In Life is a reality every day through our vision of Quality Life Quality Care Excellent Teams Outstanding Facilities Quality Reputation and Stewardship. A Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Human Services or Social Services Director Certification is preferred but not required. Long Term Care experience would be helpful.
