Job Type: Seasonal 40 hours per week
Pay: $20.00/hr with Uncapped Incentive Potential!
Connexion Point is seeking Licensed Healthcare Agents who are driven compassionate and who are looking for a position that offers a work-life balance! This position assists both new and current members with the Medicare needs.
As a remote employee you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our clients lives.

Qualifications:
Self-motivated sales-driven and teachable
Active Health or Health & Life Agent
Knowledge and understanding of Medicare
Ability to navigate multiple systems
Agency sales experience preferred
Telesales experience preferred
Computer proficiency Microsoft programs Windows systems etc.
Must be willing to complete a background check
Position Responsibilities:
Meet performance expectations including sales goal call quality attendance and schedule adherence
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Provide consultative services including sales and customer service to Medicare beneficiaries
Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
Provide customer service to current members with an emphasis on customer retention this will primarily be done through outbound phone calls
