Our team is upbeat supportive and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. We offer Aquatic Therapy and are happy to train and mentor you if this is a new area for you.What Youll Do:
- Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Treat a wide range of patients (ages 10) with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
- Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy exercise prescription and Aquatic Therapy (training provided)
- Track patient progress with timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and functional goals
- Collaborate with referring physicians and internal staff for coordinated care
- Maintain a professional welcoming environment for patients
- Monday to Friday (Daytime hours only No nights or weekends)
- Full-time consistent weekly schedule
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible)
- Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills
- Positive team-oriented mindset
- New graduates encouraged to apply mentorship available
- Competitive hourly rate: $45$55/hour based on experience
