Were looking for a Field Service Manager in Lakewood CA to lead our Radio Technology Solutions team. Youll drive customer excellence reliability and operational transformation by managing the team that installs and maintains essential aviation communication infrastructure.

What YOU will do:
- Lead a cross-functional team of Field Service Technicians Administrative Support staff and Contractors to ensure timely maintenance of ARINC-owned and customer-owned radio and ground communication systems.
- Ensure your team meets critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) keeping vital aviation communication channels active and uninterrupted.
- Act as the primary liaison for customersboth internal and externalquickly resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Lakewood CA Maintenance Center identifying new business opportunities in the region.
- Implement and oversee operational efficiency initiatives supporting company-wide programs and technology upgrades.
- Manage the units budget staffing and inventory ensuring all work and billing records are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: experience in radio and/or data communication technologies
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience managing customer relationships and field service operations
- Prior supervisory or project leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
- Self-starter with outstanding time management and organizational skills
- FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) certification is a plus

The salary range for this role is 90000 USD - 182000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
