Location: Primarily Woodland WA with occasional presence in Washougal WA
Full-Time / Salary-Exempt

What Youll Do
- Own the Automation Line Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated machinery to keep operations moving.
- Troubleshoot & Solve Jump in when issues arise and use your technical skills to identify and fix them fast.
- Collaborate Across Teams Partner with IT vendors and production to integrate systems and bring automation to the next level.
- Lead Capital Projects Take charge of equipment upgrades and installations from justification to final testing.
- Drive Improvements Use Lean principles and your own ingenuity to reduce downtime cut waste and improve efficiency.
- Working knowledge of automation systems PLCs sensors and control equipment.
- Comfortable with basic hand tools and mechanical repair.
- Strong computer skills (you dont need to code but you need to be tech-savvy).
- Experience in or exposure to EDM sinkers and/or CNC milling is a plus.
- Youre a natural leader who takes initiative and doesnt wait to be told what to do.
