Responsabiliti
We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized colleague to join our SSC team (Cornu-Prahova Romania). In this role you will be responsible for verifying and recording accounting documents while ensuring compliance with Legislation and internal procedures.
- Check and record invoices according with accounting legislation specific procedures /instructionS
- Accounts payables clearing balances confirmation booking of bank extracts reconciliation of Intercompany positions.
- Check and record customers invoices according with accounting legislation specific procedures /instructions
- Accounts receivables clearing balances confirmation booking of bank extracts reconciliation of Intercompany positions.
- Confirm balances reconcile Intercompany positions and record bank extracts;
- Support colleagues and take over additional tasks when needed (e.g. during vacations) to ensure continuity in departmental activities;
- Other reports required by the management.
Cerine
- University degree preferably in Economic education or business studies.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a structured and careful way attention to details.
- Good with numbers excellent analytical skills.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a flexible way as a Team Player.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
