What Youll Do
As a Quality Engineering and SRE/DevOps Manager within the Governance Compliance & Insights (GCI) and Threat Reporting & Response (TRR) teams youll play a pivotal role in building and supporting our teams in India and driving multiple projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage develop and growa group of Quality Engineers/SDETs and SRE/DevOps Engineers.
- Foster a strong team identityfor QE & SRE/DevOps across multiple scrum squads.
- Drive initiativesto implement our Automation CI/CD and Tools strategies and best practices.
- Deliver on prioritiesbased on department goals and roadmap.
- Innovate and champion improvementsin QE and CI/CD processes and tools.
- Collaborate with multiple squadsto ensure quality in projects and oversee them through to release by working closely with stakeholders.
- Lead the integration of AI technologies to enhance team productivity and drive innovative solutions.
What Youll Bring
- Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise to effectively guide high-performing engineering teams.
- Considerable domain experiencein Quality Engineering DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
- Solid understandingof CI/CD principles automation technologies and associated tools with a focus on optimizing them for public cloud.
- Proven experience deploying scaling monitoring and maintaining serviceswithin AWS or comparable public cloud environments.
- Proven abilityto strategize and plan testing activities for multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Web UIs RESTful APIs and backend services(both synchronous and asynchronous) and how to validate them.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skillsthat extend your vision influence and impact across the organization.
- Abias for action and problem-solving demonstrating eagerness to take initiative and make things happen.
- Strong knowledge and experience in AI technologies including familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and frameworks enabling the team to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and innovative solutions in software development.
