Your role
As a Senior Consultant you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Business Analysis: Process Modelling & Mapping Data Flow Diagrams Gap & Impact Analysis Stakeholder Management & Engagement System Analysis & Solution Translation Quality Assurance Requirement Traceability BRD and Functional Specifications User Story Use Cases Business Rules State Model Logical Database Design.
Domain Knowledge: Core Banking Cards Payments Financial Crime (KYC and AML) Swift CHAPS Bacs Faster Payments ESG Market Reference Data
Project Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) Waterfall Project Planning & Scheduling Risk Management Issue Tracking Reporting & Communication.
Data Analysis & Visualization: SQL Python Tableau Power BI Excel.
Tools: JIRA Confluence MS Office tools BPMN UML Lucid chart MS Visio Miro.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Great stakeholder management skills

Experience using Jira Confluence
