Your new role

As a senior leader youll help drive divisional success by fostering a collaborative and accountable culture with your peers while leading a growing portfolio of services that deliver real impact including:

Youll also play a key role in the rollout and growth of new initiatives like Rubys an innovative early intervention accommodation program for young people at risk of homelessness.

This role partners closely with senior leaders and program managers to deliver high-quality trauma-informed services while building strong local partnerships increasing community impact and leading a committed values-aligned team.
