Your new role

As a senior leader youll help drive divisional success by fostering a collaborative and accountable culture with your peers while leading a growing portfolio of services that deliver real impact including:
- Therapeutic services for children young people and families
- Homelessness programs and assertive outreach
- Mental health alcohol and other drug supports and broader community services
Youll also play a key role in the rollout and growth of new initiatives like Rubys an innovative early intervention accommodation program for young people at risk of homelessness.
This role partners closely with senior leaders and program managers to deliver high-quality trauma-informed services while building strong local partnerships increasing community impact and leading a committed values-aligned team.

Your skills and experience
Youre a seasoned strategic and operational leader with experience across complex community service settings and a passion for connected consumer-centred care. Youre known for your responsiveness and ability to think differently you challenge the status quo to create stronger consumer outcomes.
You will also bring with you:
- Proven track record in leading and growing diverse and complex service portfolios across youth homelessness mental health or similar.
- Financial and people management expertise and a strong understanding of quality and risk frameworks.
- A collaborative and accountable leadership style with the ability to influence innovate and adapt.
- A deep understanding of local needs service integration and strategic partnerships.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human/community services and a current valid drivers license.
