Job Highlights
We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow existing accounts in the rubber additives market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities cross-selling additional products and developing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers including tire manufacturers rubber product manufacturers and other industry players.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure the optimal use of our products in their processes.
- Identify and pursue new leads through market research cold calling networking and attending industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams including development marketing and product management to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to understand their requirements troubleshoot issues and promote new products.
- Stay current on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and market analysis to track progress against goals and inform decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering Business or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in rubber additives specialty chemicals or related industries.
Strong understanding of rubber additives markets and their applications in manufacturing preferred.
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and close sales.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Exposure to systems like CRM IBP SAP etc.
