About the role:
Were seeking a Senior Data Engineer/Analyst to join our Retail Insights team with a focus on compliance-driven initiatives. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights drive campaign performance and support regulatory compliance efforts using cutting-edge tools and platforms.
Youll be a key part of delivering high-quality data solutions that enable smarter decision-making across retail and compliance functions.
About you:
To be successful in this role youll need:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working with Python for data processing and automation
- Hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments
- Exposure to Databricks and large-scale data platforms
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Youll be at an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in banking or financial services environments
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance reporting projects
