Responsible for selling SAPs products and solutions and certain partner solutions. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with SAPs customers prospective customers partners -- and for maintaining customer satisfaction. Identifies opportunities and generates demand where SAPs capabilities as an integrated solution addresses a customers business need. Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized. Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customers ongoing business with SAP. Focused on the Installed Base Corporate Accounts Sector. Maintains customer relationship and influences customers requirements specification.

  • Manages resources ensuring business critical & innovative results.
  • Builds action plans and makes operational decisions on policies tactics resources critical to the functions business success to ensure delivery against strategy of the function or team.
  • Accountable for annual goals established for team or department.
  • Directs activities of a team or department of professionals and supports staff.
  • Tracks single budget line.

Strategy

  • Ownership of Corporate Accounts strategy.
  • Alignment of Corporate Accounts strategy with the sales go-to market.
  • Execution of country go-to market.

Complexity

  • Makes day to day decisions within or for a team or department
  • Works collaboratively with direct reports
  • Regularly applies expertise in day-to-day activities

Experience

  • 10 years professional experience in sales and / or sales management
    Demonstrates all management responsibilities: create the future; build a team; develop people; manage performance

Communication

  • builds strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer & partner organization
  • represents SAP to customers / partners
  • encourages and develops team to cooperate and to freely express their opinions
  • formulates clear objectives and strategies and work assignments
  • communicates unpleasant messages in a timely and constructive manner to team
  • listens openly and attentively to fully understand ideas and opinions within the team
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Polish

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Role Purpose:
To drive cloud revenue growth and customer success by building and executing customer-centric strategies that align with business goals and position SAPs cloud solutions to meet customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities
include but not limited to:

  • Build Customer Centric Strategy: Understand customer business goals and develop strategic plans; manage executive relationships; align SAP solutions portfolio to deliver value.
  • Drive Cloud Revenue Growth: Expand SAP solutions footprint aligned with customer goals; focus on renewals retention and expansion; manage pipeline; provide sales handover to implementation partners.
  • Guide Customers into the Future: Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate Internally: Align SAP account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain Customer Visibility: Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.
