The role
As a Senior Leasing Manager youll lead the end-to-end management of new commercial leasing transactions for NSW Government agencies. Youll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic leasing solutions that align with policy objectives and deliver value for money.
Youll be responsible for negotiating complex lease agreements preparing financial forecasts and ensuring seamless delivery of accommodation solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of government property use across NSW.

What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience in commercial leasing and property management
- Strong financial analysis and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver strategic outcomes
What is an essential requirement
- Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge skills and experience
