Job Description

Responsible for logging and electronic filing of all project communications
Maintaining organisation charts training records site access and contact lists
Meeting attendance and minute taking timeous issue thereafter
Monthly report collation ensuring leads submit information on time.
Formatting of documents to a high standard using Both Fluor and the clients templates
Travel arrangements for visits to site through the clients preferred travel portal or Fluors
Ensure team is equipped with the correct PPE for any given site visit ordered and delivered on time.
Function planning for project team i.e. sundowners / lunches / workshop strictly adhering to Fluors guidelines and approval requirementsWhy Fluor:
