Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Health Services Concierge you will serve as the first point of contact in our Health Services Center creating a warm welcoming and supportive environment for residents visitors and staff. In this highly visible role youll contribute to the comfort and flow of our community by managing phone calls coordinating hospitality touchpoints and supporting the overall atmosphere of key shared spaces such as the lobby Sunroom entrance and porch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being present helpful and deeply engaged in the daily rhythm of a person-centered care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents visitors and team members with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer and direct phone calls clearly and efficiently while providing helpful accurate information

  • Support resident mobility needs as appropriate including occasional wheelchair transport

  • Coordinate refreshments and hydration stations ensuring accessibility and appeal

  • Monitor public areas and maintain a clean calm and inviting environment

  • Assist with resident support tasks such as appointment reminders escorting or redirection

  • Observe and report on resident well-being and environment factors (noise cleanliness etc.)

  • Support departments like Life Enrichment Culinary Services and Nursing as needed

  • Complete light clerical work such as mail distribution recordkeeping and supply tracking

  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies

  • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule based on community needs

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of office or customer service experience.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office MatrixCare and internet applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required upon hire.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to assist in pushing a resident in a wheelchair when necessary.
