Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and leadership Were seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee Rock Dental Brands technology infrastructure lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day IT operations managing a lean team and functioning as the escalation point for alltechnical supportandnetwork infrastructureissues.

  • Oversee end-to-end systems performance across multiple office and clinic locations includingLAN/WANWi-FiVPN andendpoint protection.

  • Ensure adherence tocybersecurity protocolsHIPAA compliance and IT risk management standards through policy enforcement and technical controls.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for cloud services voice solutions and network support ensuring cost-effective and reliable service delivery.

  • Support strategic projects including clinic openings IT equipment deploymentIT asset management and technology refresh cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Abachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Scienceor a related field is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Minimum7 years of progressive IT experiencewith at least2 years in a leadership rolesupportingmulti-siteenvironments.

  • Proficient inMicrosoft 365network administration endpoint management andIT support frameworks(Tier 13).

  • Industry certifications are preferred (e.g.CompTIA SecurityCisco CCNAMicrosoft Certified andHIPAA security training).

  • Fluent in English; must be able to travel regionally up to 30% to support satellite clinics and operations.
