Forklift Driver 2nd Shift Distribution Center
Location: Fort Worth
Shift: 12pm-8:30pm
Join our fast-paced and collaborative warehouse team as a Forklift Driver where your skills will help keep our distribution operations running smoothly and efficiently. Were looking for a reliable and experienced operator who can safely manage the flow of materials maintain accurate inventory records and contribute to a high-performing warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate gas or electric-powered forklifts to move load stack and unload raw materials parts and finished goods
Transfer materials between warehouse storage and transport vehicles
Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained
Maintain accurate inventory by tracking product movement and reporting discrepancies
Support shipping receiving and general warehouse operations
Follow all warehouse safety protocols and company procedures
May assist in training or guiding less experienced team members
Requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum 35 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
Knowledge of warehouse logistics shipping/receiving and inventory control
Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues and recommend solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced physically active environment

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38600.00 - $57900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
