We are looking for talented committed and determine have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and were looking for a strong Unarmed Security Officers to work in a retail environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide excellent customer service to the client client employees visitors and vendors by offering directions answering questions and immediately addressing/escalating concerns.
Maintain access control to the client site. This is not limited to checking credentials and documentation to ensure individuals have approval to enter the client site.
Regularly patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to be a visual deterrent prevent vandalism or any suspicious activity.
Report any security breaches safety hazards or suspicious activity immediately.
Write clear comprehensive and concise reports using a structured format to capture full incident details.
Respond promptly to alarms disturbances emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate risk or damage.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and client employees with various tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Observation and Attention to Detail: Ability to remain vigilant and capture relevant details for reporting
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills during interactions and reporting
Physical Fitness: Ability to patrol large areas stand for long periods and quickly report emergencies and threats
Conflict Resolution: De-escalate tense situations calmly and effectively
Technical Skills: Ability to operate security equipment and systems to effectively complete daily tasks
Customer Service Oriented: Friendly and approachable demeanor to assist the client client employees visitors and vendors while maintaining a professional security presence
