Provision various sensors edge nodes and analyze the Fab data. Design efficient data pipelines and Hadoop clusters to store streaming data. Serve as a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and growing Microns methods and systems for extracting new insight for our expanding data streams. Collaborate with Data Scientists Engineers Technicians and Data Mining teams to design and implement systems to extract data from Microns business systems transforming it into an actionable format and creating dynamic presentation layers for use by high-level engineers and managers. Create new solutions as well as supporting configuring and enhancing existing solutions.
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics Engineering Data Science Data Engineering Computer Science Engineering or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of Data Science related experience.
Position Requires:
experience dealing with large data sets both structured and unstructured datasets as well as modeling;
programming (python mainly) and SQL scripts;
working with cloud-based services (ex. AWS GCP);
visualizing and presenting data; and Linux commands and working with IoT devices.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience employer will accept a Masters degree in Data Analytics Engineering Data Science Data Engineering Computer Science Engineering or related field.
