A vacancy currently exists for a Middle School Secretary. This position provides clerical support for taking attendance and also supporting the Middle SchoolGuidance Department in a manner that is professional diplomatic and complies with confidentiality requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to reach above and below the waist
Ability to use fingers to pick feel and grasp objects
Ability to lift and/or carry supplies and/or papers weighing no more than 20 lbs.
Ability to mostly sit with some walking standing or moving throughout the work environment
SENSORY ABILITIES:
Visual acuity
Auditory acuity
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Typical office environment subject to inside environmental conditions

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Hourly Rate: $18.00
Work Year: 201 Days (10 month reoccurring position)
Location: Pottsgrove Middle School
Work Day: 7.5 hours per day
