Were currently hiring a global IT Business Analyst to join our Commercial & Digital team and help shape the way we deliver digital experiences across 30 markets.

Youll work closely with global stakeholders local market teams platform owners and external agencies to ensure the smooth planning delivery and optimization of Galdermas websites digital tools and customer-facing platforms.
Job Title: IT Business Analyst of Digital Services
Location: Cracow Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge business and tech act as a key interface between Marketing Brand and IT translating commercial needs into digital requirements
- Deliver global projects lead the end-to-end delivery of websites apps and digital tools across EMEAC and JPAC markets
- Champion the platforms own the management and evolution of CMS DAM analytics consent and tagging tools
- Ensure governance and compliance support adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR GxP) and ensure digital initiatives align with brand legal and content governance frameworks
- Drive data & insights define KPIs support tagging and analytics setup and advocate for a data-led approach across all markets
- Enable consistency at scale promote reuse of digital capabilities support onboarding across regions and maintain best-practice documentation
- Collaborate & coordinate work hand-in-hand with platform architects product owners agencies and local teams to align timelines manage risks and ensure successful outcomes
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Project Manager in IT or Marketing Technology domains.
- Proven experience managing website projects digital tools and platform integrations in global organizations.
- Strong understanding of CMS (e.g. Adobe Sitecore Drupal) analytics tools (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) consent management and tagging platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service models and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with SEO content workflows and the digital marketing lifecycle.
- Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR GxP and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to digital marketing ecosystems (CRM marketing automation personalization etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working directly with marketing teams and understanding of digital campaign workflows and KPIs.
