Job Description Summary

In this role you will be responsible for executing on muliple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including Lifecycle processes like Pre-payroll Letters benefits management offboarding reporting metrics and more. Develop an in-depth wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote Best in Class service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and external team members

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be responsible for ensuring daily service delivery standards are achieved while performing various routine transactional tasks for HR Operations.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of the HR systems Workday Time & attendance tool and processes to perform your job.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements within your defined scope of work.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers and become a contributing member of the team
  • Will be responsible to ensure that monthly payroll input validation to avoid any misses validation of HC exits hires and any monthly inputs submitted by HR Ops team member.
  • Validation of all inputs against eligibility before they are sent to payroll team for payment processing.
  • Responsible for closure of assigned audits (both external / internal). Also working with the leadership (Country / Regional) on any observations / red flags.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring closure of queries/tickets as per the define SLA from employees and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic review of process documents and ensure they are up to date with the latest changes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • knowledge on ASEAN & ANZ inputs experience will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and government requirements

Desired Characteristics

  • Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills attention to detail and accuracy
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
  • Ability to recognize when to escalate issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel)
  • Self-driven individual and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Workday and Kronos is a plus
