Job Description
As a Field Service Technician (M/F/T) you will perform commissioning customer training maintenance and repair work on-site at customers locations in Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide).
From your home office you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps/pump systems (e.g. SIHIdry / SIHIboost) in the Frankfurt/Mannheim/Kaiserslautern/Heidelberg region.
Your tasks:
- Field service mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)
- Carrying out commissioning customer training maintenance and repair work
- Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses
- Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports commissioning reports
Your profile:
- Completed training as a mechatronics engineer electronics engineer or comparable
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Suitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II
- Driving license class B
- Good knowledge of English
- High quality awareness independent work commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
- Ideally you already have professional experience in a comparable position
