Join the NVFS Family: We are looking to hire a Program Specialist to join the NVFS Community Housing team!In this role you will perform complex and confidential administrative related functions to ensure program operations flow smoothly. You will provide essential coordination and oversight relating to the administrative requirements and provide quality customer service to landlords partners and participants. You will also assist in ensuring that the program is ready to respond to all requests for data and audits. This position is an integral member of the Housing Team and works collaboratively with all aspects of NVFS programs representatives from Housing Departments Departments of Social Service local Continuum of Care (CoC) and representatives of other non-profit agencies and the faith community.
Your Future Team: The Regional Housing Assistance Program provides services to individuals diagnosed with HIV or AIDS in the Northern Virginia Region. This program works in partnership with other nonprofit organizations Community Service Boards Continuums of Care and County Housing and Community Development programs. These programs provide direct assistance and supportive services to support safe and stable housing for eligible households.

This position has a starting salary of low to mid 40s.
