Charitable Foundation Lead Calgary AB

Here is what a typical day looks like

• Strategic Program Leadership
• Lead and manage key foundation programs from planning through execution.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through data feedback and process optimization.

• Foundation Operations & Grant Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the foundation ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
• Manage grant cycles including application review funding decisions reporting and impact tracking.
• Develop and maintain systems for documentation reporting and donor stewardship.

• Primary Point of Contact
• Serve as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the foundation in meetings communications and events.
• Maintain strong trust-based relationships with partners donors and community leaders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with teams across brand marketing operations and executive leadership.
• Facilitate seamless coordination and communication across departments.
• Activate and engage internal teams around foundation initiatives.

• Event & Program Execution
• Lead planning and execution of high-impact events and activations.
• Manage logistics timelines budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure every detail is accounted for with a highly process-driven approach.

• Communications & Storytelling
• Craft compelling narratives and updates for stakeholders and the public.
• Support Michelle in preparing presentations reports and strategic communications.
• Ensure consistent and inspiring messaging across all touchpoints.

The value you bring

• 7 years of experience inprogram management preferably in a leadership or senior manager role.
• Proven success incross-functional collaborationand stakeholder engagement.
• Strong background inevent planning and execution with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
• Experience working with or withinbrand teamsto activate programs.
• Highly organized process-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
• Experience in thenonprofit charity or foundation sector especially with governance compliance or community impact.
• Familiarity withfoundation operationsgrant management and donor relations.
• Demonstrated commitment tovolunteerism or community engagement.

Hours: 37.5hrs per week Full time Permanent

Compensation Range: $61000 - $80000
