A Day in the Life
As an Account Coordinator/Receptionist youll play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers ensuring seamless campaign delivery and providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Youll be the friendly face of the office managing reception duties answering calls welcoming guests and supporting a range of administration sales and campaign-related tasks. From preparing schedules and campaign reports to managing creative approvals air checks and office tasks this role is ideal for a highly organised adaptable team player with a strong customer focus.
What Youll Need
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
A collaborative flexible approach with a willingness to pitch in and help where needed.
