About the Role
Under the direction and guidance of the Manager and wider multidisciplinary team the position provides clinical treatment and support for consumers in their recovery.

  • Provide medication services to consumers within scope of practice including metabolic monitoring and physical interventions where necessary
  • Assist with the compilation of comprehensive clinical assessments and interventions in a timely and efficient manner; including the delivery of metabolic monitoring and physical health interventions
  • Actively engage consumers in their treatment and recovery plans

Classifications for this position will range from Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Level 3 PE50 - PE53 ($75826 - $80880 per annum pro rata)


Your Contribution

  • Certificate IV in Health (Nursing) Diploma or equivalent which meets the registration requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
  • NMBA approved medication endorsement
  • Current Victorian Drivers License
  • A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willing to obtain

The Continuing Care Team provides specialised treatment and ongoing support throughout the week during business hours. Employing the Strengths Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice the multidisciplinary team delivers tailored clinical and therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of consumers with a lived experience of mental illness.
