Your opportunity

Were looking for a proactive and highly organisedAdministration Officer (AS4)to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office in Brisbane CBD.

In this role youll provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our team. Youll also have the opportunity to lead and coordinate other administrative staff contribute to project support and play a key role in maintaining effective communication and documentation processes.

Responsibilties include:

  • Deliver complex administrative support including word processing spreadsheets presentations diary management and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences including venue bookings travel arrangements and minute preparation.
  • Support project activities through research documentation and coordination.
  • Manage divisional requirements such as SAP input invoice processing and training logistics.
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support a collaborative team environment.

This is a full-time fixed-term position based in Brisbane CBD concluding on 30 June 2026. The role offers a starting salary of $101493 plus 12.75% superannuation along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.
