Job Description

The Client & The Role
Join this growing and innovative firm in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with approximately 25 staff. Our client is looking for someone at AM or Manager level who would like to progress even further within the firm. They offer an incredible working environment with bonuses on top of salary based on performance.
The Duties
- Be responsible for a team of accountants and a portfolio of clients
- Tax returns FBT returns BAS and other compliance matters
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with regulatory accounting & financial reporting standards
- Exposure to a variety of tax matters including GST CGT FBT and Div7a
- Review work and be responsible for training staff and delegating work
The Applicant
- 4 years experience in Business Services & Tax within public practice
- University degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or related fields
- CA or CPA qualifications in place or in the process of completing
- Strong communication skills and an excellent attitude
- Live reasonably locally on the east side of Melbourne
