Job Description
Role: Senior Software Developer
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire (CTH) or long-term contract
Location: Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite in Santa Clara CA; 2 days remote)
Technical Stack & Requirements:
- Senior to Architect level experience (10 years)
- Strong background in C# and .NET Core
- Experience working with manufacturing applications (legacy systems)
- Familiarity with Azure services (Azure-based environment)
- Applications utilize SQL Server
- Proficiency with DevOps pipelines and Git

Role Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on supporting and modernizing the legacy application.
- Act as an onsite resource to assist the software development manager based in Texas.
- Collaborate closely with the lead engineer and software development manager on various projects.
Work Environment & Company Culture:
- Fast-paced environment similar to a startup but the company has been operating for 15 years and is experiencing rapid growth.
- Opportunity to wear multiple hats and contribute across departments.
- Approximately 600 employees company-wide with 12 engineers on the development team.
- Work involves ERP systems Factory Execution Systems and tools like Power BI.
- Prior startup experience is a strong plus.
