Job Description
Job Title: Technical Trainer
Location: Raymond Ohio ( Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a CATIA Training Specialist to support system training and material development from July 2025 to March 2026. The ideal candidate will learn the new system develop training materials conduct operator training sessions and ensure a smooth transition for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the new system to build expertise for operator training.
- Create and edit training materials (PowerPoint PDFs videos) from July 2025 to March 2026.
- Conduct operator training from October 2025 to March 2026 to support system adoption.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness.
- Dispatch 2 trainers to assist with training material development and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory expertise in CATIA V5 and V6.
- Ideal but not required: Knowledge of Honda Design (NEWS) and Bill of Materials (BEAM) system.
- Preferred experience: Honda business knowledge IS3 or Design Spec Control expertise.
- Strong communication documentation and instructional skills.
