URGENTLY HIRING: Group Fitness Coach New BFT Studio Opening Soon
Location: Body Fit Training (BFT) Sunnyvale CA
Compensation: $30 to $35 per class (based on experience)

About Us
Body Fit Training (BFT) is a science-backed coach-led group training program that delivers results through functional strength and conditioning workouts. At BFT Sunnyvale were building a high-energy fitness community grounded in support motivation and performance and were looking for standout coaches who share that vision.
What Youll Do
-
Lead high-performance group workouts using BFTs proven training model

Deliver individualized support in a group training environment

Welcome and onboard new members including performing fitness assessments

Foster strong member relationships and a team-based studio atmosphere

Support day-to-day studio operations and maintain a clean professional environment
Qualifications
-
Group fitness or personal training experience (strength and conditioning preferred)

Deep knowledge of exercise science and movement mechanics
-
Outgoing client-focused and confident leading a group
-
National fitness certification (NASM ACE NSCA ACSM etc preferred)
-
CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain
Schedule
-
Part-time with flexible hours
-
Must be available for at least one of the following: early mornings midday or evenings
