Job Description
Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Frisco TX (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager (Cloud Security) with 12 years of expertise to lead and drive cloud security initiatives. The ideal candidate will define product vision create roadmaps manage product backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders ensuring secure and scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team scrums to define product vision roadmaps and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
- Manage and refine product backlogs ensuring prioritization based on business value and ROI.
- Stay up to date with agile project management trends and best practices.
- Design software and business processes including process modeling and user story grooming.
- Translate business requirements into capabilities within Jira Align breaking them into features and user stories in Jira.
- Work with DevOps teams to refine functional and technical user stories reviewing test cases with SDETs and manual testers.
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap enhancing customer experience.
- Develop integration scripts and procedures using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools ensuring backend system compatibility.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles (virtualization containerization microservices serverless computing).
- Expertise in Risk Management RHCOS security Kubernetes security IAM security network security auditing encryption secrets management CI/CD security.
- Experience with IAM Policy as Code including OPA (Open Policy Agent Styra Enterprise) and Cedar (AWS open-source policy agent).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams ensuring cloud security best practices.
