Job Description
Role: Software Project Manager - Mid-Level PM
Location: Fort Lee NJ- Hybrid
Duration: Contract to hire
Seeking a mid-level Software Project Manager to lead multiple small-to-mid scale initiatives with one large rollout impacting 55 facilities. This hybrid role involves creating and managing project documentation (plans minutes stakeholder tracking etc.) coordinating with external development vendors and adapting to a fast-paced non-PMBOK environment.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent waterfall-based projects
- Experience working with tech stacks like Oracle Fusion SQL Server Smartlinx Apploi PCC
- Exposure to systems integration (100 integrations across tools)
- Projects include Apploi rollout possible migration from OAC to Microsoft Fabric Power BI
- Must be proactive adaptable and capable of driving execution across teams
