Job Description

Position: IT Sourcing Consultant
Location: Richmond VA 23219
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Consultant to lead sourcing initiatives and manage the end-to-end solicitation processes. This role will involve collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and develop comprehensive solicitations (IFBs RFPs RFQs)
  • Draft and finalize Statements of Work
  • Manage the solicitation processes from start to finish
  • Employ strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with finance and vendors to ensure compliance

Key Skills Required:

  • 5 years in sourcing procurement or contract management
  • Proficient in end-to-end solicitation processes (IFBs RFPs RFQs)
  • Experience drafting and reviewing solicitations and Statements of Work
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing communication and analytical skills
