Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst 4 to analyze complex policies and processes within a state agency. The successful candidate will evaluate current systems improve efficiencies and enhance customer service through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve policies processes and systems.
- Lead the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on state laws and policies in collaboration with legal staff.
- Manage organizational change with a focus on stakeholder communication.
- Create public-facing information and media in partnership with PR teams.
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced computer skills (8 years)
- Strong analytical skills (8 years)
- Project management and scheduling (8 years)
- Research experience with state laws and policies (8 years)
- Organizational change management experience (8 years)
