Position: Epic Analyst - Technical Specialist
Location: Remote (Locals preferred)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an Epic-certified Technical Specialist to support the build of the Healthy Planet Population Health module for a leading health system. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for application support collaborating with end-users and Epic representatives to ensure seamless implementation and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main support contact for end-users of Epic applications.
- Develop configure and test Epic modules including Healthy Planet and other related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues guiding workflow design and system analysis.
- Maintain clear communication with project teams and Epic representatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Required Technical Skills:
- Epic certification in Healthy Planet Population Health.
- 8 years of Epic implementation or operations support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Epic tools: Registries Reporting Workbench and Decision support tools.
- Familiarity with health IT concepts quality reporting initiatives and care management workflows.
- Proficient in application development and system integration.
