We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide remote assistance to end users experiencing technical issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting problems guiding users through solutions and escalating more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone email and chat.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting software and system issues related to insurance products.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Educate clients on product features and updates to enhance their user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest insurance products and software applications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and technical support practices.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary & Benefits:
