Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Maintenance Helper to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components company. This hands-on position supports the upkeep cleanliness and organization of the Central Machine Shop Tool Crib at the companys Space and Defense facility. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize the Tool Crib area per management instructions (written and verbal).
- Provide general support services for facilities operations and maintenance tasks.
- Use a pallet jack and other basic equipment to move or organize tools/materials.
- Assist with routine inspections and support facility safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all site-specific safety protocols.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Comfortable working in a production manufacturing or facilities support setting.
- Experience using basic material handling equipment (pallet jack preferred).
