Job Title: ERP Support for HCM

Project Introduction:
Introduction
Our Client s ESDD is engaging in services with Company Name to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support services for our Oracle Fusion Project and legacy Human Capital Management (HCM) application. The consultant for this engagement will participate in the upgrade and migration of our on-prem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Oracle PeopleSoft (PS) Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Oracle Fusion (OF). The consultant will also participate in the upgrade of our on-prem ERP People Soft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) application and associates tools such as People Tools etc. This includes collaborating with the implementation vendor and Client s resources to ensure Client s business capabilities and functions are working as designed in the SaaS Oracle Fusion product and the PS Financials on-prem application.
Project Scope/Tasks:
Deliverable 1:
1A. Provide development support for customer- requested features and functionality for ERPS.
Ensure smooth and efficient development support for customer requested features.
Collaborate with the ERPS team and business users to analyze and design solutions for customer requested features.
1B. Assist the ERPS team with tasks related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and Oracle PeopleSoft application.
Collaborate with other SMEs and vendor to align effort.
Support the ERPS team and actively participate in the various stages of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and review and validate fixes deployed by developers in prod and text environments.
1C. Conduct on-going knowledge transfer sessions with the ERPS team on complex development work and incident resolution.
Improve the ERPS teams understanding of complex dev work and enhance the teams incident Resolution.
Organize and conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions on complex design and development Techniques.
Document technical processes and resolutions for future reference.
Share insights from previous incident resolutions to improve incident handling.
SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRMENT/QUALIFICATION:
1. Must have a minimum of fifteen years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer and providing legacy support.
2. Must have demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion implementations migrations and data cleanup.
3. Must have ten years developing data achieve strategies and implementations for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
4. Must have minimum of ten years providing technical expertise in consolidation and migration of data to new cloud-based platforms.
5. Must have ten years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud products and SaaS.
6. Must have ten years of experience supporting Oracle databases and related infrastructure.
