Job Title: Director of Operations
Location: Anaheim California
Reports To: Executive Leadership
Direct Reports: Production Supervisors Production Control Manager
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

At Client the Director of Operations plays a mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving plant efficiency strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration. This position blends hands-on operational management with high-level strategy ensuring our manufacturing processes not only meet todays demands but also scale to support future growth.
As the operational heartbeat of the organization you will oversee production maintenance staffing capacity planning and organizational development-all while building a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Core Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production safety programs preventative maintenance and workforce planning.
People & Talent Management: Mentor develop and grow leadership talent across departments. Lead hiring performance management and succession planning efforts.
Strategic Execution: Drive initiatives focused on increasing throughput quality and efficiency. Implement best practices across all departments.
Operational Analytics: Conduct detailed performance reviews and leverage data to make informed impactful decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales finance engineering HR supply chain and quality teams to align goals and execute company-wide strategies.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all plant operations comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Capacity & Investment Planning: Support business development capital investment and long-term capacity planning in alignment with executive leadership objectives.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing production or industrial operations environment.
Proven success in managing plant-level operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in operational metrics and KPIs.
Demonstrated expertise in scaling operations improving process efficiency and enforcing safety and compliance protocols.
Excellent communication team-building and organizational leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven and collaborative work environment.
