Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives in building user-centric web applications and owning microservices architecture from front-end to back-end. You will be a key contributor to Arya our internal enterprise fintech platform helping design and implement features that support equity portfolio construction tools for direct indexing.
This role is ideal for an experienced full stack engineer who enjoys technical leadership mentoring and solving complex challenges in a dynamic Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Fully own feature development from UI to backend microservices and deployment to Kubernetes clusters.

Build maintain and improve web-based user interfaces using React and TypeScript ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.

Architect and implement backend services in Python or similar modern OOP languages.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver quality software.

Improve and modernize components of the enterprise platform using contemporary technologies and 3rd-party integrations.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in technical hiring processes.

5 years of professional experience in a full stack or front-end-heavy software engineering role.

Deep expertise in JavaScript (TypeScript preferred) and modern front-end frameworks such as React.

Proven experience in Microservices architecture including designing and integrating services across the stack.

Backend development skills in Python or similar OOP languages like Java or Scala.

Experience deploying to Kubernetes (K8s) and working within AWS infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and design patterns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects or mentor team members.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and best practices.

Experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to scalable cloud-native solutions.

Interest in contributing to recruiting onboarding and technical leadership initiatives.

Familiarity with relational databases and integrating them with microservices.

Awareness of ESG and tax-optimization tools in the investment domain.
