Job Description
Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead and execute complex cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
This role requires strong program leadership stakeholder communication and a sharp understanding of engineering and business priorities.
Experience with Financial and Insurance domain highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs with clear governance planning and delivery frameworks.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans covering milestones deliverables timelines resource allocation and interdependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering product and business units-to define scope technical requirements and success metrics.
- Serve as the central communication hub providing timely updates on risks roadblocks and progress to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Facilitate resolution of technical and operational challenges to ensure successful program delivery.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Organize and lead steering committee meetings design reviews and executive updates to drive alignment and decisions.
- Partner with engineering leadership to align resource planning with strategic priorities.
- Ensure project execution aligns with organizational goals and business value realization.
- Promote a collaborative and transparent culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
- Implement and champion program management best practices and process enhancements.
