Job Overview/Summary:
Immediate opportunity for an experienced full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dedicated team of neonatologists and NNPs. We provide Level III neonatology services and are expanding our team to enhance 24/7 care coverage across our locations.
Responsibilities:

Provide care in a new newborn nursery program at a brand-new facility

Attend deliveries and provide NBN coverage only

Participate in 24-hour rounding and take call from home/hotel (average 8 hours of in-hospital rounding)

Support an estimated 350 deliveries in the first year

Attend high-risk deliveries

Perform daily rounding in the NICU and well-baby nursery

Work scheduled 24-hour in-house shifts
Primary Skills:
-
Advanced clinical expertise in neonatal care
-
Proficiency in attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation

Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
-
Experience in newborn nursery setup or program implementation

Knowledge of EMR systems
-
Quality improvement and patient safety experience
Qualifications:

Current APRN national specialty certification
-
Minimum of a masters degree in nursing
-
Previous experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner highly preferred
