Job Description

Job Title: Support Services Technician
Location: Union City CA(Onsite)
Job Type: Contract To Hire W2

Must-Haves:
Hands-on technical experience
Experience as a desk-side tech: imaging setting up computers
Skills: Desk-side support and laptop imaging and setup
Familiarity with autopilot is a plus
Experience working with a ticketing system - ServiceNow open to Zendesk experience etc.
