Job Description

Job Summary RDKB Test Lead (Denver CO; Onsite Day 1)

- Lead and mentor the test automation team providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
- Develop implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g. Selenium Cucumber UFT).
- Perform RDKB triaging by investigating diagnosing and resolving reported issues.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline and expedite issue resolution.
- Analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify the root causes of software defects.
- Ensure adherence to software testing principles methodologies and quality standards.
- Utilize bug tracking systems (such as Jira) for efficient issue management and tracking.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and QA processes.
- Apply strong knowledge of RDKB and its components in daily responsibilities.
- Leverage leadership experience to guide and mentor QA team members.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving analytical communication and collaboration skills.
- (Preferred) Work in Agile development environments and apply DevOps practices.
- (Preferred) Utilize knowledge of networking protocols related to broadband systems.
