Job Description

Job Title: Audiologist

Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: Great Barrington Massachusetts
Salary: Competitive Discussed with Recruiter
Signing Bonus: $6000 (Paid within the first 90 days)

Position Summary:

Join a mission-driven patient-centered team as the sole Audiologist at our well-established healthcare facility in Great Barrington MA. This is a rare opportunity to step into an autonomous and impactful role as our long-standing audiologist transitions into retirement.

This position offers clinical variety with a primary focus on hearing aid management and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations. Youll play a central role in the prevention identification diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders working directly with a loyal and diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive audiological services including assessments diagnosis and treatment planning

  • Fit program and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices

  • Counsel patients and families on hearing health and communication strategies

  • Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory guidelines

  • Promote hearing health through patient education and preventive strategies

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) from an accredited institution

    • A Masters Degree is acceptable with national certification (e.g. ASHA CCC-A or equivalent)

  • Massachusetts Audiology License (MAAUDIO) must be obtained by start date

  • New graduates welcome to apply; 2 years of experience preferred due to the independent nature of the position

Required Certifications & Skills:
  • Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D)

  • OR Masters Degree with national certification (CCC-A through ASHA or equivalent)

  • Massachusetts Licensed Audiologist (MAAUDIO) upon hire
